AI Data Processing and Automated Decision-Making

As an AI-native platform, we may process your Personal Information using artificial intelligence technologies in accordance with our Enterprise Data Usage Policy to:

b. Anonymization and Aggregation

  • Human Intervention: If you object, you can request human intervention or express your point of view.

e. Consent

  • Explicit Consent: Where required by law, we obtain your explicit consent before processing your Personal Information for AI purposes, as outlined in our Enterprise Data Usage Policy.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances, in accordance with our Enterprise Data Usage Policy:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including AI processing, subject to strict confidentiality obligations and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement, and Enterprise Data Usage Policy.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, as detailed in our Enterprise Data Usage Policy.
  • Legal Requirements: To comply with legal obligations, respond to requests from public and government authorities, enforce our terms and conditions, and protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of you or others.
  • Affiliates: With our affiliates, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy and our Enterprise Data Usage Policy.
  • With Your Consent: We may disclose your Personal Information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

International Data Transfers

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country.

Specifically, our servers are located in the United States, and our group companies and third-party service providers operate around the world. This means that when we collect your Personal Information, we may process it in any of these countries.

We have taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including implementing the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as part of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
